Are import duties included in the price?
If you live inside the EU, no import duties or VAT are applicable.
If you live outside the EU import duties and VAT might apply, depending on the country you're in. These import duties and VAT are NOT included in the price.

What is the shipping cost to my country?
We provide worldwide free shipping with a minimum order requirement. For orders within Europe, the threshold is €100, and for the rest of the world, it's €150. Shipping costs below this threshold will be calculated at the checkout.

What is your shipping method?
We utilize Bpost for international shipments and DPD for European deliveries, both provide tracking ID's. If you require expedited delivery, inform us, and we'll explore options. Please note that faster delivery may incur an additional charge.

How long does shipping/delivery take?
All our G-Case products are in stock (unless specified otherwise) and ready for shipping at any time. Once your order is placed and paid, it will typically be shipped within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Please reach out to us via email or chat if you require expedited delivery.

How do I monitor the progress of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with a link to the shipping company.

What is your return policy?
You can return a G-Case within 14 days after receipt in the original box, and we will refund the retail price. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

I've noticed G-cases in different colors than those shown in the webshop. Where can I find those?
We've introduced limited editions and special colors in the past months/years, and these were available for a limited time. If you're interested in something beyond our standard range, contact us!

Certainly, all our products are packaged in a 7mm thick double corrugated cardboard box with internal protection to ensure a flawless delivery.

Is it permissible to bring a G-case on an airplane or to the airport?
Absolutely! It is TSA approved and completely acceptable as a carry-on item on an airplane.
